|Why Choose Us||The Bachelor of Science (Honours) Optometry and Clinical Practice (Part-time) program is designed for post OOB-registered Optometrists who want to upgrade their knowledge and skills in the Optometry field.
This programme is offered by Aston University as a two-year (20 taught months) part-time course with 3 stages which delivers the same learning outcomes as students studying in the UK. Stage 2 and stage 4 are conducted in Singapore while stage 3 practical modules are conducted in the UK.
The programme has been designed to fulfill the aim of providing suitably qualified students in Singapore with an accelerated route to a UK degree in Optometry that can be studied in Singapore and which will also allow them access to the teaching and clinical resources of a top UK Optometry school.
