Executive Counselling and Training Academy Pte Ltd (or in short, ECTA) is a private limited company incorporated in Singapore on 18 October 2002. The vision of ECTA is to become the leader in providing professional counselling training of the highest standards available to Singapore and the Asian region.

Since inception, ECTA had entered into an exclusive partnership with Mount Elizabeth Hospital and Parkway College to offer several programmes.

Parkway College signed an agreement with Vivo Healthcare of India on 3rd May 2013 for collaboration in allied health education.
