Policies
  1. All partners must meet selection criteria:
    • Proven track record of at least 2 years of relevant experience in recruiting international students.
    • Authorised letter from the government of the country of origin to recruit student for overseas study (if applicable).
    • Have not been barred from recruiting students to study in Singapore by any public or private schools in Singapore.

  2. The final decision to collaborate with any partner will be made by the Management Committee.

  3. All appointed partners will be provided with;
    • Letter of Authorisation stating the courses that they can recruit students for Parkway College.
    • Partner Agreement stating the partner roles and responsibilities and the partner incentive scheme.

  4. The appointed partner shall provide the following accurate information to prospective applicants;
    • Information about Parkway College
    • Parkway College facilities
    • Courses offered
    • Course fees
    • Minimum Entrance requirement for acceptance into any particular course
    • Size of intake
    • Planned course commencement
    • Refund policy

  5. All appointed partners shall adhere to the following;
    • Act in the best interest of Parkway College at all times.
    • Maintain professionalism, integrity and accuracy whilst promoting the courses and recruiting students in the assigned countries.
    • Provide applicants with accurate information of course requirements and fees.
    • Provide applicants with the necessary information in completing the ‘Application form’.
    • Ensure that the ‘Application form’ is duly completed and submitted to Parkway College with the required supporting documents.
    • Be proactive in providing Parkway College with market intelligence in the assigned countries.
    • Apply principles of fair trading when recruiting students and must not engage in high pressure sales, “bait and switch” advertising or similar unfair practices.
    • Comply with the relevant laws and regulations of Singapore and the assigned countries.

  6. The partner is not permitted to;
    • Represent Parkway College in the selection and approval of offers.
    • Offer any training place to any prospective student on behalf of Parkway College.
    • Collect any money from the students, other than the fees or commission specified in the Partner agreement contract.

  7. The partner performance will be evaluated annually.

  8. Parkway College will terminate the Partner agreement if the terms are breached.
