Managing a present day hospital is a complex task. With rapid changes taking place in medical research and techniques, the facilities and services have also undergone significant changes. Hospital managers are therefore faced with managing a vast range of services, changing patient profiles, high cost of procuring and servicing equipments and people management.

This Executive Diploma in Healthcare Management programme is designed to equip healthcare working professionals with a comprehensive knowledge of the 10 essential areas in healthcare management. The course consists of 10 modules and each module consists of 30 hours. The total curriculum hours are 300.

• EHM 106 - Financial Management in Healthcare
• EHM 107 - Professionalism and Ethics in Healthcare

• EHM 109 - Healthcare Business
• EHM 110 - Healthcare Operations Research

Course Structure

• Duration : Full-time, over 3.5 months (Part-time, 3 lessons per week over 9 months)
• Yearly Intakes: April and October

Entry Requirements

The entry criteria are:

• Degree / Diploma from a recognized university or institution and have preferably 2 years of working experience in the healthcare sector.

Applicants who do not meet the above requirements may also apply, but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
